Privacy Policy 

The short version

Browsing this website is anonymous. We do not run analytics, we do not embed tracking pixels, we set no cookies of our own, and there are no forms to fill in. We do not know who visits this site.

The only time we receive personal information is if you choose to donate, or if you contact us yourself by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Information collected when you browse

None. This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and sends no information about your visit to any analytics provider or advertising network. The single exception is the Google map on our contact page, described below.

Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individuals and we do not combine them with any other information.

The map on our contact page

Our contact page embeds a Google map showing where our registered office is. This is the only part of this website that loads content from another company.

When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser, under its own privacy policy rather than ours. We do not receive any of that information and we cannot see who has viewed the map.

Every other page on this website loads nothing from anyone else. If you would rather not load the map, the same address is written out in text on the contact page and in the footer of every page.

Information collected when you donate

Donations made through this website are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you donate, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number and the amount you wish to give.

Payment details, including card numbers, UPI IDs and net banking credentials, are entered on the gateway and are handled entirely by the gateway. They never reach this website and we never see or store them.

From a completed donation we receive the donor name, contact details, amount, date and a transaction reference. We use these to acknowledge the donation and to keep the accounts the trust is required to keep.

Information you send us directly

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and to deal with the matter you raised.

How we use information

To acknowledge and record donations.

To reply to enquiries about auditions, championships and partnerships.

To meet the record keeping and reporting obligations that apply to a registered charitable trust.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing.

We share it only with our payment gateway, so that a donation can be processed, and with regulators, auditors or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Donation records are kept for as long as the trust is required to keep financial records. Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as it is useful, and is deleted after that.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond.

We may need to keep donation records even after such a request, where the law requires the trust to retain them.

Children

Many of our participants are school age. This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a participant is a minor, we deal with a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If the website changes in a way that affects this policy, for example if analytics or a contact form is added, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
