Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Donations are voluntary

A donation to the Foundation is a voluntary gift in support of its charitable work. It is not a purchase, and nothing is supplied in return for it.

Donations are normally not refundable

Once a donation has been received it is committed to the charitable work of the trust and is normally not refundable.

We recognise that mistakes happen, and the exceptions below are honoured in full.

When we will refund

A duplicate donation, where the same amount was charged more than once for the same intended gift.

An incorrect amount, for example where a figure was entered wrongly.

A technical failure, where an amount was debited but the donation was not completed or not received by us.

An unauthorised transaction, once it has been verified with the payment gateway.

How to request a refund

Write to us within 7 days of the transaction at the email address below, or call us. Please include the date, the amount and the transaction reference shown on your payment receipt or bank statement.

We will confirm receipt of your request and tell you the outcome.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made through the original payment method, using the same payment gateway that processed the donation.

Once approved, a refund is normally credited within 5 to 7 working days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

We do not deduct a handling charge from a refund.

Currency

Donations through this website are accepted in Indian rupees.

Competition entries

This policy covers donations made through this website. It does not cover audition or championship entry arrangements, which are made directly with the Foundation and are subject to whatever was agreed at the time.
